Getting started

Create a free account in the Rimeo app.
Install the free Rimeo agent on your Mac or PC and sign in with the same account.
Link your computer by scanning the QR code (or entering the short code) shown in the app.
Your library appears on your phone — browse, play, and download for offline.

Common questions

My library is empty / won't load. Make sure the Rimeo agent is running on your computer and signed in with the same account, and that any external drive holding your music is connected.

Playback won't start away from home. Remote access needs your computer (and the Rimeo agent) to be powered on and online. On the same Wi-Fi as your computer, Rimeo connects directly over your local network.

How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to your account settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
